Knife Shop Shipping Policy

Shipping is absolutely FREE on all knives, tools,  and accessories to US Destinations by first class mail with 5-10 business days delivery typical. No tracking or insurance is available for first class shipments.

We recommend shipping via UPS Ground for $8.00. UPS ship times vary from 1-5 business days (we ship out of CA). UPS is the best choice for package trackability and for those customers who are not comfortable receiving packages from the United States Postal Service. Free shipping packages do not have tracking numbers. Call us if you have a time sensitive order and need to place a rush order. Or, at the very least, please note your deadline on your order in the "comments" box as you go through the checkout pages so that we are aware of your tight timeline. UPS 3 day is offered for $20. If you have a heavyweight order, additional shipping charges may apply. If so, we will contact you with shipping options and pricing. 

Most items are in stock and ready to ship. UPS NEXT DAY is available for an additional $35-$40 for standard overnight delivery. Please call for product availability. 


ORDER TIMELINE:

1 business day to process order.

1-2 business days to ship by whatever shipping method you choose (unengraved items).

Out-of-stock items can add 5-7 business days to order processing time. You will be notified (usually by an email) if an item you ordered is not in stock.

If you have a rush order or deadline, please state that date in the "comments" box as you go through checkout so that we are aware of your deadline. In general, we recommend that you call in if you have an urgent order.
